Michael Keaton's portrayal in "Birdman" is the most notable film. A versatile actor he is proficient in comedy in addition to dramatic roles. As an actor, he has played a number of roles in romantic scenes and was a part of action-thrillers. When he was still in his teens the actor began developing an interest in acting and performing. In the later years, when he was an aspiring youngster, he tried stand-up comedy. The comedy venture was not successful, though it paved the way for the path to a career in acting. He was unable to achieve fame as a comedian and the next step was to become a cameraman for a cable channel. It was at this station was where he discovered that the only thing he really wanted was to perform on camera. He was then able to secure a television role and appeared in several seasons in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor had natural talent and quickly became a household name on television. In his early film careers, he had high aspirations and was well-known for his comic characters. His career was further enhanced after he was praised for his performance as Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. In time he grew up in the field of acting and then began doing productions and even directing films. The role he played in the 2014 film Birdman was nominated for numerous nominations and prizes.
